- Driving Licence
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Employees I Cards state/central government,PSUs,local bodies or public limited companies with photographs
- Passbook issued by public sector banks/post office and Kisan passbooks with photographs
- Property documents such as a registered deed with photograph
- Pension documents with photograph
- SC/ST/OBC certificates issued by competent authorities with photograph
- Freedom fighter identity cards with photograph
- Arms licences with photograph
- Job cards with photograph issued under NREGA
- Certificate of physical handicap with photograph issued by a competent authority
- Cards with photograph issued under Employees State Insurance Scheme.
- Student Identity Cards with photograph issued by Recognised Educational Institutions on or before 31-8-2007.
Any of the above mentioned documents that is available only to the head of the family may be used for identifying the other members of the family, provided all members come together and are identified by the head of the family
